Under normal use, the main parts and components of all height-adjustable desks are guaranteed for 3 years (calculated from when the product is delivered to the user), the motor quality is guaranteed for 2 years, and the electronic components are guaranteed for 2 years. It does not cover any problem caused by:
- Results caused by non-product material and process defects;
- Normal wear and tear caused by the passage of time, such as long-term direct light exposure, aging, temperature and humidity changes, etc;
- Due to the customer's failure to follow the product instructions and guidelines to misuse/abuse/negligence/improper maintenance/improper assembly/improper disassembly/improper cleaning or cleaning supplies/contact with sharp objects and other inappropriate methods or items caused by the use of the product;
- As a result of force majeure factors, such as typhoons, earthquakes, fires, floods, volcanic eruptions, etc.

I recently purchased the Kowo height-adjustable desk along with the accessory set, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Prior to this, I had a much cheaper desk that promised the world but ended up being a total disappointment. It wobbled terribly whenever I stood up to work, and I eventually returned it.With the Kowo desk, the stability is night and day. I took a closer look at the legs of both desks and noticed that the Kowo desk has significantly thicker steel legs, and the structural design is also quite different compared to the budget option. This added strength and better design make all the difference no more shaking or wobbling when I adjust the height.The desktop itself looks and feels incredibly durable, which gives me confidence that it will last for years to come. I also purchased the standing desk accessory set, and the drawer is impressively spacious and practical.Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase. While the price is higher than some alternatives, the quality and stability make it worth every penny. I really don't want to go back to that unreliable experience I had before.
